Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We are a very small bed and breakfast and our season is very short. Therefore, the following policies apply concerning Reservations and Cancellations.
Terms: 50% deposit on multiple night reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to your stay. Reservations will be canceled with no refund of deposit if we have not received balance.
Single Night reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
Weekend visits require a two night stay. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check-in date to receive a refund (minus $100 deposit). After that time, no refund will be granted unless we are able to rebook the reservation.
